New Property:

I.V.A = VAT which is 7%, added to the purchase price. I.A.J.D. = State Tax, (Tax on juridical Documented Acts).
This is a tax that is levied on documents that are granted by a Notary. This is 0.5% of the declared price and is paid to the Tax Office. Notary fees.
Resale Property: A payment of 7%. Transmission Tax is added to the purchase price of the property.
Lawyer/ Solicitors Fees: These Fees include Registration and Stamp Duty on the property, which is approximately 780.00 € The Lawyers fees are for the Purchase of a property and is approximately 700.00 €
Solicitors: We can help you with an English-speaking Solicitor who will act on your behalf when purchasing your new/resale property. They will check and translate all Contracts, Title deeds into English. They will also help to arrange for Clients a N.I.E., Foreigners Identification Number, required by all non-resident clients to draw up a Will.
Mortgages: There will be a set up fee for this charged by the banks, which is usually between 1 –2% of the amount you are borrowing. We can get up to 80% of the value of the property you wish to purchase, depending on your earnings, age, and type of property but feel free to speak to the experts who advertise on this page, all on a no commitment basis.
Money Transfers:
